allowed in any academic year| Semester (Even if he has cleared will
not be eligible for the process.)

4)    Only male students are eligible.

5)    Only gaps with valid proofs are allowed.

7.Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and
   business needs.

8.Offer after-sales service and support to develop and grow long-term
   relationships & repetitive business prospect with new and existing
   customers.

9.Build close relations with key suppliers in order to develop
   in-depth knowledge of your service & applications range and to understand
   new probable application developments.

10.Attend & resolve customer problems in terms of technical solutions.

11.Prepare pricing and sales reports to contribute to the overall
    business strategy, including use of benchmarking to gauge market levels
    accurately.

12.Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues
    informed about customers and your market intelligence.

13.Attend on site execution and customer meetings in order to provide
     technical expertise for your service range.

A UK based company Couch Perry & Wilkes are interested to conduct placement drive for our institute.

Eligibility Criteria:

1.       The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and from any engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Civil, Electronics etc.)

2.       Candidate must have keen interest in building HVAC and electrical energy efficiency, building physics, sustainable/green building design and the use of renewable technology in green buildings.

3.       Computer literate and autoCAD knowledge essential. Experience of softwares such as IES VE, google sketchup, Ecotect, 3D max and design builder is preferred but not essential.

4.       Good command over spoken and written ENGLISH is a must as india office staff will be required to communicate with UK office staff regularly via emails and video conference calls.
