CPD GD Schedule

GD for CPD has been arranged tomorrow and everyone has to be present compulsory as said by sir. Timing is 08:00 am to 10:00 am.

CPD submission notice

A notice for CPD submissions as instructed by Mehul Patel sir:

All the students have to send soft copy of resume on electrical@bvmengineering.ac.in

All group have to send the soft copy of their presentations on the same mail ID (doesn't matter whether you have presented or not).
Topics had already been given to all the groups.
For group no 1- Chapter no 1, for group no 2- chapter no 2 and so on..
Both these files have to be sent on or before 9 am tomorrow (23rd October).

Note:-
1. Resume has to be in PDF format (no word files)
2. Presentation should be in .ppt or .pptx format
3. Name of the resume PDF file should be your full enrollment number only e.g. 100070109045 (don't include your name or don't just write last four digits 9045)
4. Name of the presentation file should be the range of enrollment numbers e.g 100070109001-9007
5. Any submission after 9 o'clock will not be counted (after that you need to submit it directly to sir/madam if they accept it)
6. Any submission which does not follow notes 1 to 4 will not be counted

CPD Subject

As instructed by Mehul Patel Sir, 
We will be having following things to do in the next week for CPD:

1. Submit the Hard and Soft copy of the presentation (Applicable to both, those groups who have presented already and those who haven't)

2. Submit the Hard and Soft copy of Resume

3. Appear in the mid-semester examination of CPD

4. Appear in the Group Discussion and Personal Interviews that will be taken by Mehul sir and Nikita madam

Note:- Failing to do any of the above mentioned things may lead to midsem and/or internal backlog in CPD subject. Submissions mentioned in points no 1 & 2 will be taken by Nikita Soni madam.

Senior Talk on Thursday(10-10) from a L&Tite .!!

Dear Friends,

Good to inform you all that we are going to conduct a Senior Talk tomorrow (Thursday) at 03:00 pm .
The speaker will be Mr Shailrajsinh Chauhan , 2007 electrical BVM pass out.
He got placed in ABB, and currently working in L&T.
Friends, it will be fruitful to us to have some experience from him as L&T is going to visit our campus soon.

As per our regular schedule , 
there will be 03:00 to 04:00 pm - HR related session & 
04:00 to 05:00 pm - Technical session. 
Venue is Auditorium.

Campus Recruitment from L&T POWAI

Dear Friends,

As you all know that L&T Powai is going to visit our campus on 15th October, 2013.
Detailed Schedule will be posted here. 

Eligibilty criteria is as given :
6.3 or greater CPI in BE , 6.5 CPI or greater in Diploma(for D2D), 60% in 10th & 12th. Maximum 2 backlogs (live + dead) are allowed. Age limit : Max. 24 years as on date.

For Shortlisted Candidates in ABB

There will be two main rounds further in ABB.

1.Technical Interview

2.Graduate Assessment center - consists of two-three rounds on basically HR skills like GD, HR interview, etc.  

Both rounds will be completed on the same day.

Only those students who gets shortlisted in the Personal technical interview, will be staying back for the Graduate Assessment Center. 

Further instructions on this will be communicated by the HR team.

ABB written test rescheduled

Timings of written test of ABB has been rescheduled. All the students have to report at T&P Cell latest by 7:30 am on 6th October.
You should be having your college ID cards with you in order to be permitted inside the examination hall.

Solution to problem of ABB schedule

For those appearing in ABB recruitment process:

We had a problem that dates of ABB recruitment and mid semester exam were clashing.

17 Students appearing for ABB pre-placement talk and online test are permitted to appear in the remedial exam directly (for subject on 5th October only), their marks will be considered as if they appeared in regular exam.

And similarly the students short listed for personal interviews will be allowed to appear in remedial exam for subject on 7th October.

Note:- Students not selected for personal interviews have to appear for the exam on 7th October.
